Registration Fees

All registration fees are in Euros and include the participation in all open sessions, conference documents and app, coffee breaks & lunches.



ICC Members get significant discounts off the regular/normal registration fee. Please contact the ICC Headquarters at office@icc.or.at to get your discount code!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Cancellation Policy

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the GF19 Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the GF19 Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 1 April 2019, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 31 May 2019, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 31 May 2019, or for no-shows at the conferences, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that the Conference Organisers shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. ICC shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Group Registration

If you would like to register a group or if you have any queries on registration fees please contact the GF19 Secretariat.

Letter of Invitation

If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one as part of the online registration process. Please complete your registration and find the invitation letter in your participant's dashboard. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed conference registration.

Networking Conference Dinner

The Networking Gala Dinner will be held on 27 June 2019.

You can book a separate ticket (70 Euro) online when logged in, go to "see what is in the store" or benefit from a reduced price when directly choosing the Regular Registration WITH Networking Dinner.

Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and bank transfer. We cannot accept payment by check and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank or chredit card charges) are at own expense.

On-site booking can be done directly at the venue with cash or credit card payment.

Payment Deadline

Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 7 days after registration to secure your participation. Please note that all unpaid bookings may be deleted after payment deadline without any notice. All refunds will be made after the conference within two months.

Press

Representatives of the press and media agencies with media credentials are welcome to attend the GF19! Please contact the GF19 Secretariat for details of media registration.

Picture taking, audio/video recording and/or filming at the GF19 meeting venue without prior permission of the organizers are prohibited. Requests for interviews of speakers or faculty should be sent to the ICC Headquarters.

Registration Deadlines

Early Registrations Fees apply for bookings till 15 March 2019 (with payments within 7 days).

Normal Registration Fees apply for bookings till 31 May 2019 (with payments within 7 days).

Late/on-site Registration Fees apply for online booking till 23 June 2019.

On-site booking can be done directly at the venue with cash or credit card payment.



Terms & Conditions

Liability: The GF19 Organisers will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the conference organiser(s) accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.

Insurance: The GF19 Organisers cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its conferences or events. The GF19 Organisers strongly recommends that participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance participants, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes as this is not included in the registration fee. The GF19 Organiser and its co-organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.

Photography, audio and video recording: The GF19 is held in a public space thus photographs and videos may be taken. Participants agree that ICC may use images and videos taken by the organisers and/or participants at the conference in material for dissemination purposes (e.g. publications, website, etc)

Other terms: By registering for GF19, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list. Normally this information will be: name, surname, institution, country and email address. These details may also be available for parties directly related to the GF19, including the venues and accommodation providers. The Conference Organisers may use these details to inform participants of conference updates or future events via email.

The GF19 Organisers reserve the right to change any part of the event programme if necessary at any time.
